Torso/ Back Sculpt
Before I start to sculpt onto the model I need to assign poly groups to different parts of the body, this is so I can isolate the arms, legs and head separately so when I begin to sculpt on them it wont affect any other parts of the body.
Using my finished ecorche I now began to create the basic silhouette shape of the torso, to do this i had to ensure I had ZAdd activated. Using my graphics tablet I began to build in the muscle forms using the clay and move tool, starting in a low subdivision and working up the divisions slowly to add detail.
To begin I first needed to create a ecorche to display the musculature of a human males body.
To do this I had to ensure I had ZAdd off and activated RBG, this will allow me to sketch color over the top of the 3D manikin before begining to sculpt. I then set the sub-division level to 6 this will allow me to draw more information onto the model without have blocky splodges.
